New USCIS Fee Change Starting Oct 2

On July 31, 2020, USCIS announced it will change, mostly increase, application fees to cover its budget deficit. INA Section 286(m) authorizes DHS o charge fees at a level to cover its operating costs. The new fee schedule will become effective on October 2, 2020. Any applications postmarked on or after October 2, 2020 will be impacted.
