If you opt not to register or fill out an intake with the Website, you can still visit the Website as a Guest but you will not be able to access certain areas of the Website.

Third party sites linked to the Website such as Paypal, Square, Wix, or other payment processing, or web hosting agencies are not under the control of Li Law Group and we are not responsible for their content or privacy policies. 5. How Li Law Group May Use the Information.

Li Law Group may use information collected from its Users as follows:

In connection with certain business relationships, Li Law Group may make available to certain third parties e-mail lists or address lists for purposes of allowing such third parties to inform you  services that may be of your interest. To the extent you do not want your e-mail address or physical address shared with any such third party, you can opt out of inclusion on any such shared list by sending an e-mail to info@lilawgp.com with opt out instructions.

  • Administrative Notices. We may use your e-mail address, your mailing address, and phone number to contact you regarding administrative notices, offerings, and communications relevant to your use of the Website.

  • Billing and Support. We may use your credit account information for billing purposes in accordance to the services provided.

  • Merger and Acquisition. We reserve the right to transfer personal information to a successor in interest that acquires rights to that information as a result of the sale of Li Law Group or substantially all of its assets to that successor in interest.

Except as set forth in Section 5, Li Law Group does not otherwise distribute to third parties your personally identifiable information. Li Law Group, however, will have no liability for disclosure of information due to errors in transmission or the unauthorized intervention of third parties. 

7. Security of the Personal Information.

We have implemented commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those measures or use your personal information for improper purposes. 10. User Invitations.

           

If you use our Invite feature to tell a friend about the Website, we will ask you for your friend’s email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. Li Law Group stores this information to send this one-time email, to register a friend connection if your invitation is accepted, and to track the outcomes of User invitations. Your friend may contact us at info@lilawgp.com to request that we remove this information from our database.
